This morning the bleacher units got delivered from the scene shop. I based out the concrete on the brick wall units. I also masked off part of the portal the needed to be touched up. During the morning I helped prime and base some more benches that got delivered. We all had lunch and I made soup, it was good. The afternoon I spent with Patti priming and basing the bleacher seats. We also, primed and based the steel parts of the bleachers. Towards the end of the day I applied the first coat of blue silver to the benches and bleachers. When I got home I did some very necessary laundry washing.

In the morning Krista, Patti, and I put the second coat of silver on to the bleacher units. I also primed the last two benches which got delivered to the paint shop this morning. I back painted the brick walls. Then we had lunch and there was the usual banter about food recipes which I appreciate for the new recipes. We also discussed Patti’s upcoming vacation to Paris, I wish I could go. In the afternoon I masked off parts of the bleachers because the bottom of the bleacher unit is going to be treated to it looks like the show deck. I also spent time in the afternoon painting the boarder of the small football field that goes on stage. I spent time painting the legs of some benches silver.

In the morning I went back to the benches, I put on two base coats throughout the day because I had to let the dry. I also put on the top primer coat earlier that morning. I cleaned steel on the stadium light units. I back painted the portal. By this time it was lunch and I was excited because I had gotten wedding soup from the grocery store. Wedding soup is by far my favorite soup so needless to say it was a delicious lunch.
In the afternoon I helped mask off and base coat the floor of the door unit. I helped fix the bleacher units after we took masking off because the paint just came right off the steel even though we cleaned it twice. I cleaned the deck up a little bit.
